Sending Transcripts

Current JHS Students:

  • If you are sending a transcript to a College or University in the State of North Carolina you go to CFNC to complete that request. See CFNC directions here. Please make sure you follow the directions and fill in all necessary information. 

  • If you are using the Common App, it will automatically notify your counselor that your transcript needs to be uploaded. 

  • If you are sending a transcript to a College or University out of State please come in a fill out a Transcript Request Form and we will send that transcript out. Please have the name and mailing address to the College/Universities Admissions office.  

  • Coastal Carolina Community College (CCCC) transcripts must be requested from Coastal. Click on the following link for directions: Coastal Transcript Request.

  • If you need a transrcipt for any other reason please refer to the Transcript Request Form. 

  • Alumni Request for Transcripts:

    If you graduated from JHS or any Onslow County School please click the following link. 

    Onslow County Schools Transcript Request Link for Alumni

    This link will take you to the Onslow County Schools site to order transcripts and other documents that you may need from your school file. Also used for graduation verification for employement and more.
